  I am a regular to Squires Loft Werribee, i go there at least once a week. Each time has been great with the exception of my most recent visit in May 2017. My steak came out medium well when i asked for medium rare. Sent it back but then it came out raw. Sent it back and it came back ok but only half the size (looked like small 100g knob of steak). By then i was over it so i just ate it. The young girl that served me was pretty rude and just plonked my plate down. Luckily the manager was fantastic so she ended up taking my order off the bill and discounted my partner's meal by 50%. If that didn't happen i'd probably never go back again. Moral of the story - Don't know if they got new chefs but they really need to up their game, felt like they had no idea what they were doing/cared about their job! Hope it won't be the same experience again on my next visit.
