Do not take out insurance with Optus products on a plan as when the time comes for you to need it & use the insurance - they will find a way to not be of any help & you will have paid a monthly premium for 'insurance' for 2years (do the math...) money wasted.

- Patrick Guerrisi13.06.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is ridiculous, I went into the store and I spoke to a person who I know the name off and I want to try and contact her again. Seems simple right? Wrong, its probably harder then winning tattslotto. Optus show all the store individual phone numbers but whats the point of that when all you speak to is a dumb automated voice service that has no options to even connect you to the store or someone. So What I need to drive to the bloody shop again just to ask the girl I spoke to to go ahead with ordering the phone I want? ffs
